Second stop: Oscar. This is one of the best restaurants in the area, and it has a warm ambiance and charming vintage details that will help you better grasp Iasi’s history as a bourgeois society.

Third stop: Perhaps you’d want to take a rest before heading to your accommodation after the walking tour. At Royal Tea & Coffee House, now is a great time to have a cup of tea or coffee.

Accommodation: Polizu Mansion 5*

The  Polizu Manor mansion has a beautiful history about Ghica’s family. Here, you can enjoy a royal breakfast at the hotel before wandering around the entire estate to learn more about Romania’s bourgeois past.

After your thirst starts to get the better of you, a wine tasting workshop will follow. We hope you’re ready!

Maybe all you want, after getting a bit lightheaded from the wine, is to unwind with a steam bath or a massage. You have all the facilities set up for you to fully relax and have a rejuvenating treatment.

It’s up to you! Enjoy it; you’re on vacation!

Accommodation: Polizu Mansion 5*

We talked about relaxing, so this is another day you can indulge in that.

After a scrumptious breakfast, you can relax in the garden and read a book, take a nice stroll, or just take in the surroundings.

One of Romania’s most well-known wineries, Cotnari Wine Cellar, is where we’ll be going today. We will be learning even more about wine, the history of the vinery, the grapes they are using, and obviously we cannot miss the tasting of all the delish vines.

After that, you can indulge in one of the SPA treatments designed specifically for you and experience what it was like for the boyars.

Depending on your travel itinerary, don’t rush to leave.

After a delicious breakfast, we’ll travel back in time discovering the Geto-Dacian mysteries at Cucuteni Archaeological Reserve! The main attraction here is represented by one of the Geto-Dacian princely tumulus tombs from the 4th century BC.

With our mind and hearts filled with such an impressive history, we make our way back home!
